This is the 27" x 41" one-sheet from 1964's THE NIGHTWALKER, starring Robert Taylor, Barbara Stanwyck (her final feature film) and directed by William Castle. Classic illustration by Reynold Brown.
This is the original National Screen Service poster used by the theaters during the film's initial 1964 release.
This is NOT a subsequent reprint, reproduction or digital copy produced for public sale.
Condition of poster is excellent. The original fold lines are barely visible with no tearing. The poster's surface is very clean with no tears or scuffing. The poster has been stored rolled or flat only.
All colors remain bright and true, including the background whites.
The poster edges are smooth. There are a couple of small pinholes in the corners and residual evidence of a small piece of tape at the upper left, but that's it.
The back of the poster is clean except for the distributor's blue ink stamping (which doesn't show through to the front).
Included with the poster is a vintage 8x10 b/w publicity still from the movie, also supplied to the theater by National Screen Service during the film's initial 1964 release. This is a silver gelatin ferro-plated ("glossy") photographic print pulled from the studio negative, NOT a reproduction, copy or inkjet print produced for public sale. It depicts Hayden Rorke (wearing Bud Westmore's fantastic makeup!) in conversation with Robert Taylor.
Poster & still will be rolled and safely packaged in a waterproof rigid cardboard container (the still will be in a glassine envelope).
FREE Shipping will be via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail in the U.S. or Priority Mail International elsewhere, with insurance.
The poster and the photo are being sold together as a set; they are not available separately.
